Customer Success Manager

Context

Our Wizaplace team is growing and we are looking for a new Customer Success Manager to support our clients!

We are a software publisher based in Lyon, France and we have grown to about 40 people. We develop marketplaces for a variety of clients, from innovative start-ups to multinational corporations. Our core business is the development and maintenance of our

Wizaplace product, a SaaS Marketplace engine.

We are looking for a Customer Sucess Manager.

Main tasks

In a startup office environment, and under the direct management of the operations manager, you will work in an open office with the rest of the CSM team and products.

You will be in charge of a client portfolio, with the responsability to ensure that all is properly handeled and projects smoothely executed.

You will coordinate projects with the technical team, the product team, third party integrations and off course the client.

You will have to accompany the client in the execution of his project, train him to use the wizaplace product as well as coordinate customer requests by liaising with the product and technical team.

You will be required to ensure the proper maintenance of client schedules, participate in the evolution of their project by offering them additional functionalities and to ensure first-level functional and technical support.

The CSM has a key role in after-sales,

Following the work of prospecting and customer attraction of the sales team.

You will be asked to :

• Support clients during the setting up phase of their marketplace
• Help clients use our solution/product : by advising, training, responding to their needs and wants
• Identify high potentials and upsell (additional sales).
• Build Client loyalty
• Be the main ungoing point of contact with the client for a follow up

Qualification and skills

• You have oustanding communication skills both in English and French
• You have experience in project management
• A technical background can be a plus
• You want to look after clients and see projects through from start to finish

Salary depending on experience.
